The Shield - Clean Air app for iPhone and iPad

Using patented, self-cleaning technology – inspired by nature itself – The Shield breaks down and removes particles, odors, bacteria, viruses, smoke, mold, and mildew, creating the best possible indoor air quality.

Where other air purifiers absorb or filter nasty pollutants, The Shield destroys them completely.

The app allows you to connect to The Shield, where you can monitor the current and historical indoor air quality, i.e. AQI, particulate mass, VOC, temperature, and humidity. You can also monitor the current and historical air cleaning performance of The Shield.

From the app you can also control The Shield, i.e. turning the device on/off, manually increasing or decreasing the air cleaning speed, setting the time for manual override, and choosing between different auto modes to adjust the air cleaning performance of The Shield. You can also create your own customized auto mode setting.

You will also receive notifications from the app when service is needed, or other actions are required.
